Kian group was first established and started its activities in the field of Metal Cutting and Moulding in 1971, which after officially became a member of the Metal Cutting and Machine Tools Union. Fittings, hinges and sliding rails under the brand “Kiani” were the most Iranian products similar to the Italian ones in the 1970s. In 1992 with a load of more than twenty years active experience in the making moulds and metal parts, Kian Group entered into the Automotive Industry by making the dashboard moulds of Peykan, the most widely circulated car of the time, in parallel to a manufacturing line based in the Iran Khodro Company. Since 1996 according to the increasing demands of the automakers, Kian Group started a new line in Insulation products. In the early 2000s systems and the hardware as well as software infrastructure development were also on the agenda, whereas Kian Group could take a seat among the 10 first A-graded automotive part-maker companies. From the beginning of 2010s and in line with the policies of Resistance Economy together with the industial reliance on domestic productions, as well as specialized look at the production, Kian Group has increased the depth of its activities and since 2016, by eliminating unrelated products, has focused on producing products the providing Peace from Silence.
